Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP - CCC credentials and state licensure (must meet all state requirements for practice in MA schools)
- Experience supporting high school students, especially those with ASD or learning differences, preferred
- Prior supervisory experience (or readiness to supervise an SLPA)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized speech therapy services to high school students in the Compass High Program
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, fostering professional growth and best practices
- Maintain compliance with state/school documentation and reporting standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve student-centered outcomes
