Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Westbrook, ME

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold or actively pursuing CCC-SLP certification, SLP-CFY considered
- Maine state license in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology; school-based and/or healthcare setting background preferred
- Comfortable delivering therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and individualized intervention planning
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- SLPA supervision experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals for K-5 students
- Provide direct therapy services, both group and individual, for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Monitor progress, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and school administrators
- Consult with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills in the home environment
- Supervise and support SLPA as needed
