Preferred Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Holds SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status in good standing
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics within a school setting
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and comfortable delivering remote as well as in-person services
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams
- SLPA supervision experience a plus, and applications from SLPAs with school experience are welcomed
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy for K-5th grade students
- Support students’ progress on IEP goals through engaging therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communications
- Employ teletherapy solutions when needed and adapt seamlessly between virtual and onsite service delivery
