Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy services, preferably within school or teletherapy environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- SLPA supervision or collaboration experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services for students in grades K-5.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
- Utilize creative and evidence-based strategies for speech, language, and communication development.
- Adapt services for both in-person and occasional teletherapy delivery as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
