Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Holds SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status in good standing
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics within a school setting
  • Proficient in teletherapy platforms and comfortable delivering remote as well as in-person services
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams
  • SLPA supervision experience a plus, and applications from SLPAs with school experience are welcomed

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy for K-5th grade students
  • Support students’ progress on IEP goals through engaging therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communications
  • Employ teletherapy solutions when needed and adapt seamlessly between virtual and onsite service delivery
