Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy services, preferably within school or teletherapy environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • SLPA supervision or collaboration experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services for students in grades K-5.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Utilize creative and evidence-based strategies for speech, language, and communication development.
  • Adapt services for both in-person and occasional teletherapy delivery as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
