Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Saco, Maine

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience with pediatric or school populations is highly desirable
- Experience or openness to teletherapy models a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy
- Work closely with teachers and families to develop communication goals and interventions
- Provide both individual and group services for students in K–5th grade
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational plans
- Offer guidance or mentorship to SLPAs as needed
