Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Maine (or eligibility)
- Credentials as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant SLPA experience in school environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of pediatric speech/language disorders
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms, in addition to onsite interventions
- Strong documentation, time-management, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset to work productively with teachers, parents, and other staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted therapy and diagnostics for K–5 students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, documenting progress regularly
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to support educational success
- Maintain clear, timely communication with families and school personnel
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student support planning
