School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Hybrid Schedule

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team! This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys making a meaningful impact on students while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply as well.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
