Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but strong clinical backgrounds are valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various assignment formats (on-site, virtual, hybrid, or travel)

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services in a flexible assignment format
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
