Key Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut SLP license (upfront licensure a plus)

- School-based SLP experience required
- Willingness to work full-time, 35 hours per week, onsite
- Ability to split time efficiently between two elementary school locations as needed
- Must successfully complete district fingerprinting and background check
- Participation in a virtual Zoom interview process
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services to elementary caseloads
- Conduct evaluations, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other school staff to support student communication goals
- Adapt services as required for a split-school model, ensuring continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records aligned with district and legal standards
