Key Details:
- Full-time, onsite position (35 hours per week)
- Two available openings covering maternity leaves:
- Position 1: Late September to mid-December
- Position 2: Mid-November to early January
- Must hold an active CT license with current CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience in a school setting required
- Open to candidates with strong confidence in supporting a diverse K-12 caseload
- SLPAs are not eligible for this assignment
- District fingerprinting and background check mandatory
- Upfront licensure preferred for a seamless onboarding
- Interviews conducted via Zoom for your convenience
What You’ll Tackle:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
- Foster an inclusive and engaging environment for all learners
