- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid licensure as an SLP in the state of Connecticut
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a school or educational environment
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and parents/guardians
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
