Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - West Columbia, South Carolina

Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Active and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, specialists, and families
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to case conferences, and support school initiatives
- Educate and mentor students, families, and school staff regarding speech and language challenges
- Engage in ongoing professional development as required by the school and professional standards
