Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Prior experience or education focusing on pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in a school setting
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight for educational planning
