Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Must hold state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
- Prior pediatric experience or demonstrated interest in serving school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to optimize student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and services
- Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families for carryover of intervention strategies
- Participate actively in professional meetings, school activities, and relevant trainings
