Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Helena, Montana

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and collaborate with diverse educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or communication impairments
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, both individual and group
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and support a positive learning environment
- Provide training and resources to school staff as needed
