- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong background in working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Genuine passion for helping students achieve their highest potential
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-age children
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct therapy sessions individually and in group settings within a school environment
- Maintain thorough records on student progress and document services in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
