Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to identify student goals and support progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to ensure student access to the curriculum
