Daily responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to IEP development and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies into classroom settings
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Offer both direct and consultative services to best support each student’s needs
- Engage with parents and caregivers to promote continuous growth and carryover
