Qualifications & Experience
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license (PA SLP License required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience or strong knowledge working in school settings, with K-5 students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-5 students
- Develop and implement effective IEPs, tracking student progress regularly
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to identify student needs and strategies
- Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
