- Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-aged population
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students, adjusting interventions based on progress
- Document student progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records according to district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with other educational professionals to support student success
- Educate and guide families and teachers on strategies for supporting students’ speech and language development
- Provide direct therapy, both individual and group sessions, to foster student engagement and achievement
