Your expertise as an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) will help deliver individual and group therapy services, conduct evaluations, collaborate with educational staff, and support students’ academic and social development.
Qualifications & Experience Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Ohio SLP license and ASHA CCC required
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Skilled in IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Effective communicator with educators, students, and families
- Comfortable managing diverse caseloads across elementary or secondary populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences
