Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Ohio
- Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Duties Include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
- Providing direct therapy and intervention services to meet students’ unique needs
- Consulting and collaborating with classroom teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintaining precise documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
