Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Hold or qualify for appropriate state licensure
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Teletherapy experience a plus, though not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 55-60 students
- Comfortable in both elementary and secondary environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure holistic student success
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches, and provide input for educational planning
- Utilize teletherapy as needed, ensuring equal access to services for all students
- Support students from August 20 through June 4, with working hours aligning to typical school schedules: elementary (8:30-3:15) and secondary (7:30-2:15)
