Position Highlights:
- Contract assignment running 07/01/2026 – 08/14/2026
- Work onsite in a reputable district near Rochester, NY
- Part-time schedule: 14 paid hours/week, Mondays and Fridays, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
- Serve a diverse caseload, supporting students ages K-22 during Extended School Year (ESY) programming
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current New York State SLP license—must be attached for consideration
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with varied age ranges
- Ability to adapt approaches to meet unique student communication needs
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K-22 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and district standards
