This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, running from now until the end of the school year (June 19th). Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
- New Jersey state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within early childhood or preschool settings
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP services; comfort with teletherapy is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for preschool-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all local and federal special education guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and school-based initiatives
