Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Princeton, New Jersey

What you’ll need to bring:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy within school environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in dynamic, diverse school communities
Your impact and daily responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress, maintaining required records in accordance with state and district protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals and ensure continuity of care
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and help foster a supportive, inclusive educational environment
- Educate school staff and families about communication disorders and therapy strategies
