Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children in pediatric settings
- Ability to collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow support staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student learning goals and strategies
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
