Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in process/completed
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or in a school setting is highly valued
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and implementing therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
- Provide direct therapy to help students improve communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress regularly
- Engage in team meetings and professional development as needed
