What we're looking for:
- Current license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with faculty and families across multiple school locations
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in K-12 settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate student progress
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with compliance requirements
- Foster supportive relationships with students and advocate for their needs throughout the school year
