Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for practice in Nebraska
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially with students with more significant disabilities
- Ability to build rapport and adapt services to diverse learning needs
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Consult with families and staff regarding student progress and recommended strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments and therapy updates
