School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Louisville, Nebraska

We’re searching for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work part-time (15-16 hours per week, 2 days a week) throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity starts August 13th, 2026 and extends through May 19th, 2027, with the rewarding focus on supporting students with more significant disabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school-based practice
- Previous experience with middle or high school students, especially those with significant disabilities, is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services to students on-site
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support each student’s goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help shape student interventions
- Provide resources and strategies for generalization of communication skills in the classroom
