Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with significant needs.
- Complete thorough assessments, develop intervention plans, and track measurable progress.
- Partner closely with educators, families, and support staff to create effective communication strategies for each student.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and recommendations as needed.
- Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering guidance on best practices and strategies for inclusive communication.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience supporting students with moderate to significant disabilities is preferred.
