Speech Language Pathologist in Watsonville, CA

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current SLP license and active CCC certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a bilingual preference
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in a school-based setting
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans for approximately 35 students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in open communication with teachers and parents to foster student progress
- Complete assigned duties and follow up with key stakeholders as needed
