School Speech Language Pathologist - Salinas, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to support diverse classroom needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to individualized student progress and positive outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation of services rendered
- Educate and consult with staff and families to optimize support strategies
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 elementary-aged students
- Participate in school activities and meetings as required
