Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy for a caseload of 35 students
- Offer culturally and linguistically responsive services to diverse student populations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation for compliance and meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and team initiatives
- Help foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
