Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current, valid SLP - CCC certification required
  • Eligible for relevant state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual abilities preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language needs
  • Provide direct and consultative services to a caseload of 35 elementary students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
  • Document and maintain records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and offer expertise regarding language supports
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom experience for all learners
