Speech Language Pathologist in Hollister, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current, valid SLP - CCC certification required
- Eligible for relevant state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language needs
- Provide direct and consultative services to a caseload of 35 elementary students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Document and maintain records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and offer expertise regarding language supports
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom experience for all learners
