Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (new grads or CFY considered)
- Experience providing speech and language interventions in a school setting, including IEP development and case management
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability to diverse student needs and populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver clinical services, such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice therapy
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay current in the field
