Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state license and necessary certifications for school-based practice
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to design individualized intervention plans and work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP process and progress monitoring techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' academic and social progress
- Maintain accurate therapy records, perform progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and training to educators and families about speech and language development
