Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current SLP-CCC certification
- School-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated self-motivation and independence
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with fellow staff and families
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions targeting a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans in line with each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Supervise students during morning arrival, helping create a positive and orderly start for their school day
- Adapt strategies and materials to serve diverse student needs across grade levels
