Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience serving school-age children, especially in articulation, phonology, and language interventions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech-language therapy services to students in small groups and individualized sessions
- Conduct assessments and plan evidence-based interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of student progress
- Offer guidance to teachers and families to support student needs in and out of the classroom
- Supervise and welcome students as they enter the building each morning, contributing to a supportive school environment
