- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter; independently motivated
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with staff, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy tailored to students’ needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school guidelines
- Provide supervision and support for students as they arrive in the morning
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals
- Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
