What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience (clinical or educational) working with K-12 students
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaborative communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Evaluate students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff for integrated student support
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for all services
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
- Support both English and Spanish-speaking students to help bridge language gaps and foster success
