Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Wells, Maine

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active certification as a speech-language pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in school settings or pediatric environments, with confidence addressing diverse speech and language needs
- Teletherapy experience and/or comfort using virtual platforms is a plus
- Accepting candidates at all levels, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 9 students in 4th and 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver services one day per week (totaling 6 hours), either in person or via teletherapy (as needed)
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to optimize student progress
- Complete all required reports by designated deadlines
- Foster an engaging and positive therapeutic environment
