Qualifications:
- Certified speech pathologist, eligible to work in school settings
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare-related speech therapy
- Comfortable providing services via teletherapy platforms
- Open to supporting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and team communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for 4th and 5th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support academic and social success
- Provide services both face-to-face and virtually as needed
- Manage and document progress for a caseload of approximately nine students
- Participate in meetings and IEP development to ensure comprehensive student support
