Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active certification as a speech-language pathologist (state requirements must be met)
- Experience with school-based and pediatric populations preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students with diverse speech and language needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy services to approximately nine 4th and 5th graders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support students’ academic and social development
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt strategies for both in-person and remote sessions
