Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license/certification in Connecticut
- Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not required)

- Experience working with K-12 students with varied speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders

- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with families to support student growth and participation
- Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and contribute to school-wide initiatives
