School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Washburn, Maine

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Current state licensure or the ability to obtain it promptly
- Previous experience working in school settings, especially with virtual (VOCO) service delivery, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital resources
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and screenings for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
- Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Participate in virtual team meetings and provide support/resources for student success
