This full-time, contract role focuses on providing expert speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school-based environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric, early childhood, and elementary school populations
  • Confidence working with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Ability to manage caseloads varying in complexity and size
  • Skilled communicator, collaborative, and compassionate with students, families, and staff
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to children across the K–12 spectrum
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Educate and empower families in support of students’ communication development
