  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt speech therapy techniques to diverse student needs
  • Active SLP state license, or in the process of securing (draft status - confirming details)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services for students within the school setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication disorders
  • Provide direct and consultative services, documenting progress and meeting state requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each learner
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide relevant documentation
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
