Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Warrenton, NC

What we’re looking for:
- Valid SLP licensure and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience providing speech/language services in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, adapt to school processes, and stay organized
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop creative, evidence-based intervention plans and track student progress
- Lead direct therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure students’ needs are fully addressed
- Contribute to IEP meetings, write progress reports, and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Serve as a resource for school staff regarding communication challenges and support strategies
