Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Pennsylvania SLP License and Educator Certification (required)
- Experience conducting a variety of speech/language evaluations
- Commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and individualized education
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for K-8 students within a school environment
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations aligned with IEP goals and state requirements
- Develop and carry out targeted intervention plans for individual and group sessions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer expertise and training resources to school staff as needed
