- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services according to student needs
